    Nursing care centers provide individualized care plans to determine the medical, physical, and emotional needs of our residents.

  • How do I know that my loved one qualifies for or needs a nursing care center?

    Prior to admission, a care assessment is completed by your medical team along with the nursing center’s professional team. Call us at (781) 286-3100 and we’ll help answer any questions you may have.

  • When we are ready for nursing care services, what do we do next?

  • What payment options are available?

    Financial services and guidance are available upon request.

  • Can a nursing care center resident continue seeing their current physician or continue treatment?

    Our physicians consult with resident's current doctors to ensure continuity of care and treatment. We provide our own physicians during your stay at Lighthouse.

  • Can I bring a pet to visit?

    We are a pet friendly center. Pets are an important part of everyday life and can bring joy and excitement to those who share the same love of animals. Pets are required to be current on all required vaccines and leashed while on premises. Please feel free to discuss details with your care team.

  • Can I dine with my loved one?

    Meals for family members and visitors are available.

  • Do you have set visiting hours?

    We encourage family and friends to visit and offer flexible schedules.

  • Can my loved one leave the facility during their stay?
